- 1 Cup Roasted Til/Sesame Seeds- (any-black or brown or white- I prefer brown)
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Almonds
- 1 Cup Jaggery Grated
- Cardamom Pods - 3-4
HOW TO MAKE:
- Pulse jaggery , almonds and cardamom together in food processor till almonds becomes a very coarse powder.
- Pulse the roasted sesame seeds.
- Mix the all the ingredients anf then pulse till all the ingredients are well combined.
- Make lime size balls.
- Enjoy the delicious and healthy ladoo.
