Chole Bhature- Ranveer Brar

WHAT TO USE for Bhature:

  1. 1 ½ cups Refined flour
  2. 2 tbsp Semolina, soaked in water & sugar
  3. ½ tsp Sugar
  4. Salt to taste
  5. ½ tsp Oil
  6. Water as required
  7. ¼ cup Yogurt, beaten
  8. ½ tsp Baking soda
  9. 1 tsp Oil
  10. Oil for frying

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add refined flour, semolina soaked in water and sugar, salt, oil, yogurt, and baking soda, sugar and mix to combine everything well.
  2. Add water as required & knead into a smooth & soft dough without putting much pressure.
  3. Grease the dough with oil, cover & rest for 1 hour.
  4. Pinch a ball-sized dough and roll it into a slightly thick round without cracks, applying oil to prevent it from sticking. Repeat with the rest of the dough, cover & rest for 15 mins.
  5. Roll out the dough balls into a circle or oblong shape, neither too thin nor thick.
