What to use:
- 2 stick butter (room temperature )
- ½ cup granulated sugar optional- if you don't have just grind some of the Sugar in the Raw
- ½ solid packed brown sugar ( I used Sugar in the Raw)
- 2 eggs (room temperature must be)
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup bread flour (if no bread flour regular flour will work)
- ½ cup Almond flour blanched
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbs Trader Joe's Pure Vanilla Flavor Alcohol-Free
- 1 cup rolled Oatmeal( I used Sprouted Rolled Oats)
- ¾ cup Chocolate chips
- ¾ cup Walnuts
How to Make:
- Cream butter and sugar (about 5 minutes), add egg, one at a time mix for about 3 minutes. Add all the rest of the ingredients, mix them but do not over mix.
- Put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, better overnight. ( 3-5 hours work just fine)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake 8 -10 minutes, I check them after 8 minutes. It takes little longer than 8 minutes to bake
