Power Ladoo- Dates, Pistachios, Peanuts, Sesame seeds, Gond and what not

 Super Easy Power Ladoo-Not necessary anything easy to make will not taste delicious.




What to Use:

1 cup Dates (I use Desert Valley Organic Deglet Noor Dates from Costco)
1 cup Pistachios
½ cup Peanuts
5 tsp Brown Sesame seeds
4 tsp Gond (fried in Ghee)

How to Make:

1. Take 1 cup seedless dates in a blender(I use Vitamix) and blend into a coarse paste without adding any water. Keep aside.
2. Heat up a pan and roast sesame seeds on low flame for 5 minutes.
3. Heat a pan and add ½ cup peanuts( I roast in the oven- 15 min at 400 degrees Fahrenheit), 1 cup of pistachios, and roast them till nuts turn crunchy.
4. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
5. Put these nuts in the blender and grind coarsely.
6. Mix the dates paste, sesame seeds, Gond, and nuts thoroughly.
7. Your mix is ready to make balls or shall I say Ladoo.
8. Store the power ladoos in an airtight container for a month or until they are gone!!!!
