This tropical treat has the perfect fruit-to-veggie ratio. The spinach or greens have a mild taste and are packed with over 20 different nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and high-quality amino acids
What to use:
2 cups spinach or Power Green Mix(Collard, Spinach, and Kale)
2 cups coconut water (well why not water with electrolytes😊)
1 cup mango
1 cup strawberries
2 cuties (here is my Vit C)
2-inch big bottle gourd
1 beetroot
1 banana
½ inch raw turmeric (easily available at India grocery store)
1 tsp flax seeds
How to make:
Tightly pack 2 cups of leafy greens in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
Add coconut water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
Add remaining goodies and blend again until smooth.
Pour into your drinkware and top it off with some Flax seeds and ENJOY!
