Garlic bread in a jiffy

Servings 2 to 3
For 4 slices

What I used:
2 tablespoon butter- salted/ unsalted
3 medium sized garlic clove
red chili flakes
dry oregano
black pepper per taste
salt if needed

How to Make:
 1.     Take 2 tbsp. softened butter (butter at room temperature) in a bowl. If  using unsalted butter, then add a bit of salt.
2.    Grate 3 medium garlic clove directly into the butter. Mix the grated garlic very well with the butter.
3.    Take 4 bread slices and toast them in a toaster
4.    Now spread the garlic butter evenly on all the slices. Make sure to coat the sides too.
5.    Sprinkle some shredded cheese of your choice. I used the Mexican blend.
6.    Microwave it until cheese melts.
7.    Once cheese is melted, sprinkle red chili flakes and dried oregano.

8.    Serve garlic bread hot.
