WHAT
TO USE
¾th Cup All Purpose Flour but I use Whole
wheat flour
¼th Cup Dark Unsweetened Cocoa
1 Tsp Corn Starch
¾th Tsp Baking Soda
1 Pinch Salt
¼th Cup Melted Chocolate (take any chocolate
and melt it in microwave)
½ Cup butter
¼th Cup Powdered Sugar
4 Tbsp Warm Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
½ Cup Almonds Crushed don't powder them
HOW
TO MAKE
1.
Sift all the dry ingredients like flour, coco, soda, salt, corn starch
and keep aside. In another bowl cream together, butter and sugar until light
and creamy. Add in vanilla and mix.

Now add in the dry ingredients alternating with milk in batches. Mix
until well combined. It will be like a semi-dough texture. Add in half the
crushed almonds.

Now take 1 Tbsp or 1 Small Scoop of the batter and plate it on a lined
baking tray. Flatten it a bit from your fingers. Top with some more almonds.
Place each scoop apart as the cookie will spread. (when I say apart I really
mean keep enough distance)
4.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 12 to 15 mins at 180 degrees Centigrade
5.
Let the cookie cool.
P.S- I have not used eggs because it is
awesome anyways and I wanted to share with my friends who don't eat eggs.
